Product Description
The VW series of dual line modular distributor divider are for nominal pressure of 20MPa double dry oil lubrication system. It is the turn of the head of the two oil supply pressure, direct pressure from the oil control piston moves to the oil, complete quantitative distribution of grease to the lubrication point function.
This lubrication distributor dividers are equipped with the oil export, distributor piston moves forward and reverse, respectively, from above and below the oil discharge port lubricant. Also from direct observation of the indicator rod moves the work distributor, which can also adjust the screw in the context of the provisions of the various adjustments conveniently out of fuel oil port.
How to use the dual line modular distributor divider:
1. The provisions of the environment must be provided for media use.
2. In the dusty, wet, harsh environment applications for use, should be equipped with protective cover.
3. The adjustment to the fuel rods to be retracted in the direction of the state to be, is adjusted after the locking screw tightened.
4. In the divider between the upper and lower corresponding with combined oil export out of the oil structure, easy to change the odd out of oil, use only the screws out of the hole, do not put that on, or for export under the R1 / 4 plug can block.
In contact with the lubrication distributor divider surface should be smooth, not over tighten the mounting bolts, so as not to affect the normal action.
