Product Description
Working Principle:
The impeller is rotated by Vbelt of motor and produces negative pressure by centrifugal function. Enough air is sucked to mix slurry, and slurry mixes drug at the same time. Mineral sticks on bubble completely and floats on the surface of slurry to form mineralized bubble. Useful bubble is scraped out by adjusting flashboard height and controlling liquid surface.
Features of flotation machine
1. Large inhaling capacity and low consumption.
2. Complete flotation circuit with inhaling air and slurry, no auxiliares are needed.

4. Reasonable circulation of slurry decreases coarse sand sedimentation.

Application of flotation machine
Flotation cell machine is applicable for separating non-ferrous metal, black metal, noble metal, non-metal mineral, raw body and materials of chemical industry, which are subject to coarse separation, swept separation, fine separation and floatation, so the useful ore are reclaimed. As in copper, lead, zinc, nickel and molybdenum, ferrous metal and nonmetallic mineral.
Flotation separator is used for separating ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It can be also used for separation of non-metaI materials such as coaI fluorite and steatite.The impelIer rotates by triangIe belt of the motor,whih produces centrifugal function and causes negative pressure. 0n one hand it draws in enough air mixed with ore magma; on the other hand it agitates to mix ore magma with chemicaI medicines.At the same time,it minifies bubbles so that minerals can stick above them.float on the su- rface of magma,and form mineralized bubbles.The height of plate can be adjusted to control fluid Ievel so that the avaIlable bubbles can be scrapped out by scrapers.
