Ore beneficiation plant is used to beneficiate a wide variety of industrial iron ores. In this application the relatively large volumes of nonmagnetics are usually the commercial products. The amount of magnetic material removed is quite small, and dry separation is the general rule.Iron ore beneficiation is a complex process, it aims to remove the unwanted impurity materials, improve the iron ore grade and refine the concentrate for final applications. This process involves various types of iron ore beneficiation plant and technology, including milling machinery (crushing and grinding); feeding; sorting; concentration; magnetic separator and etc. Of course, the complete iron ore beneficiation production line should be designed according to actual situation.


Common Steps of Flotation Gold Ore Beneficiation Plant/Iron Ore Beneficiation Machinery:

1. Iron ore primary crushing

Chunk rocks or ores are delivered by vibrating feeder evenly to the jaw crusher for primary crushing

2. Iron ore secondary crushing and grinding

Rocks or ores after primary crushing are sent to cone crusher after shaking screen via belt conveyor for secondary crushing.Then qualified ore powder is sent into the ball mill grinding.

3. Iron ore primary magnetic separation

0.5-5 mm iron ores are transported to the hopper and delivered by vibrating feeder, whose feeding amount can be adjusted accurately by a hand wheel.Volume of production and concentrate grade of magnetic separator can be modified by adjusting rate of rotation of tachometer of speed motor to control magnetic roller.

4. Iron ore secondary magnetic separation

mineral grain within processed ores from upper magnet roller are continuously separated by the down roller for their magnetism is relatively weak. The processed mineral grain as finished products will be taken to secondary bucket and the disposed gangues are discharged through exit outlet, which ends the whole magnetic separation procedure.
