Production Line Technical Features
1, The vacuum chamber material is SUS304, vacuum chamber's inwall uses the polishing technology, outer wall adopts polishing then shot blasting technology.
2, Adopting an independent gate valve between the vacuum chamber - flapper valve, which can effectively realize cutting off then stabilize the process gas. At present our company uses flapper valve design, it has better seal effect and more durable than the current domestic general flap valve.
3, Transmission uses magnetic guide, to protect the stability of the drive. The each selection speed of entire production line adopts frequency control motor drive, running speed can be adjusted.
4 ,Electrical Control System: Touch screen and PLC automatic control, man-machine dialogue to achieve the system's data display, operation and control.
