The AlNiCo magnets are belong to the rare earth permanent magnets.
It was applied to many different fields.
It mainly have two classification, the Cast AlNiCo magnet and Sintered AlNiCo magnet.
AINiCo magnet is an alloy of aluminum-nickel-cobalt, has excellent temperature stability and corrosion resistance, it can be used in motor, sensor, separator, Loudspeaker, holding system and so on.
Characteristic of AlNiCo magnet:
1. High energies and relatively low coercivity.
2. Excellent ability to withstand extreme temperatures stability (as high as 500 ℃ , 930 oF)
3. High magnetic flux density, and resistance to demagnetization from vibration and shock.
4. Typical Applications for Alnico Magnets.
