Features of AlNiCo magnet:
Alnico magnets, composed of primarily aluminum, nickel, and cobalt, which is the most established and widely used magnet materials. They are available in cast and sintered forms.
Both cast and sintered Alnico can work for very high temperature up to 600 degree centigrade.
They have high residual induction and energy product and low coercive force and the most common grade is 5 and 8.
Application:
The Sintered Alnico magnets has slightly lower magnetic properties, but better mechanical strength than cast alnico magnet.
Sintered Alnico magnet is widely used in all kinds of sensors, meters, controller speedometer and other applications.
Remarks:
Please kindly let us know the shape, dimension, grade, magnetism direction, it is our pleasure to serve for you.
