Sleeve Anchor With Eye Bolt

   Sleeve anchor with eye bolt is a kind of expansion eye bolt anchor system with medium to heavy duty load, mainly composed of cold folded eyebolt. Some grooves on cone nut is designed to prevent sleeve type anchor bolts loosening or rotating in hole wall, Assembling Din 9021 washer provides more margin for fixing,Plastic ring of eye bolt masonry sleeve anchor is for filling and blocking the holes of the fixtures and substrate to protect the internal working mechanism.

   It is widely used in the installation engineering in concrete, solid brick wall and other foundation materials that need connection points. For installing, to pre-drill hole in the base,in order to ensure adequate grip, do not ream or allow the drill to swing.The drilling depth is at least one anchor diameter deeper than calculated depth. When eyebolt expanding sleeve anchor is used in hollow concrete block, the drilling method is also allowed. Drive into a installing hole through the fixture to ensure the washer firmly touch and depth meets fixing requirement.

[ Installation Instruction]:

⑴. Drill a hole in the base materials with the correct angle, diameter and depth.

⑵. Use nylon brush to clean the dregs and impurities in the hole.

⑶. Reorganize anchor body to the natural state and hammer the head to insert it into the drilled hole until the flat washer tightly touch with the substrate surface.

⑷. Turn the eye clockwise by proper tool and make body expand and fix fully for use purpose.

+Or drive anchor body to pass through a guide hole in the fixture and insert into the drilled hole until the flat washer tightly touch with the fixture surface.

⑸. Fasten hex nut by tool until be fixed fully.
