The Rosemount 6888 Inline zirconia Oxygen Analyzer delivers accurate measurement of the oxygen content of any fumes during combustion. Applications include boilers, kilns, incinerators, process heaters, and industrial furnaces.
By maintaining the oxygen content of the flue gas during combustion to a desired level, optimum combustion efficiency is achieved and the resulting NOX, CO and CO2 are minimized.
The in-line design is to place the zirconia sensing element (zirconium cell) at the front end of the zirconium head, and the zirconia is directly inserted into the flue gas flow path during installation. The zirconia zirconium head is exceptionally reliable and requires minimal maintenance due to the absence of moving parts or sampling equipment. Zirconium heads range in length from 18" to 12" and are available in a variety of options. The sliding mounting support option allows the long zirconium head to be mounted at any insertion depth.
