Overview
The analyzer consists of a probe and a transmitter that can be used both as a zirconia analyzer and as a high temperature humidity analyzer. The probe is in-line and the transmitter is digitally displayed. There are two types of analyzers: separate and integrated. As the name suggests,
The one-piece, the probe and the transmitter are connected together as a whole. Separate and integrated zirconia analyzers do not require the use of a sampling device to mount the probe directly in the flue wall or combustion chamber to measure the oxygen concentration in the flue gas.
The transmitter also displays the temperature and potential of the conductivity cell in addition to the oxygen concentration. Such analyzers are widely used to monitor the oxygen concentration of combustion  in large or small boilers, various industrial furnaces and combustion plants, or for the control of low oxygen combustion.
The high temperature and humidity analyzer is used to continuously measure the humidity of the hot steam in the dryer, which uses an electric heater or hot steam as a heat source. Like the dryer, it can also be used in a variety of production applications for humidifiers to measure and control humidity. In summary, this analyzer can be used to effectively increase productivity in these applications.
