Product Description

Application: this type of equipment is used to produce common carbon steel, high quality carbon steel and alloy steel. The High Impedance Series EAF is suitable for 100% scrap operation, part-scrap part-molten steel operation. 

Equipment feature: the main loop series-wound reactor can raise the system impedance; realize secondary high voltage, long electric arc low current operation. The EAF’s electric arc is stable and the electric arc power is high. The furnace is operated under on-load voltage regulation. The EAF have right and left operation form & the cover is revolving type. Feeding from the top, EBT tapping.

Furnace body is frame type water cooled structure. Upper shell & lower shell are removable. Furnace cover is concentric circles tubular water cooling structure. Furnace gate carbon oxygen lance furnace wall burner.

Proportion valve controls the electrode lifting, furnace swiveling & furnace body tilting.

Whole set PLC & computer control system, computer picture monitor system & neural network AI electrode controller system.
