1) Extruder with unequally distance wavy screw, uniquely designed by us, forced cooling but heterogomous spiral groove adding material section, equiped with high speed, low noise hard gear surface reducer, higher extrusion productivity, lower temperature of material and lower energy consumption;
2) Mould & die co-extrusion spiral die assures that melting, pressure and flux are uniformity, surface of pipe is lubricity;
3) Vacuum calibration and cooling system
Accurate calibration, fast cooling, high effectiveness. Spraying froced cooling, stainless steel material;
4) Electric control system
Adopting famous brand of electric equipment. PLC control system with touch screen that flexible control and easy operation;
