Tin Ingot Melting Furnace(electromagnetic type)
This solder ingot melting furnace belongs to high electromagnetic melting furnace, the heating method electromagnetic heating is specifically suit for automatic solder billet casting machines. Mainly used for leaded and lead-free solder and tin alloy melting, the furnace is constructed by the melting tin pot, platforms, stirring device, exhaust system and electrical control system.
Automatic Solder Billet Casting Machine(Casting)
This machine is made by my company's independent research and development of products, which has conventional digital machines type and CNC machine type, mainly used for leaded and lead-free solder and tin alloy billet material production.
The machine is constructed by the rack, incubator, shaping device, traction devices, cutting device, cooling system, hydraulic system and electrical control system.

Standard Solder Wire Extruder(Extruding)
This extrusion machine is designed for solder wire extruding,which is constructed by the mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, heating systems and control systems. It is our independent research and development of an advanced horizontal extrusion machine with advantages of time saving, effort saving, low energy consumption, stable performance. Extruder's main cylinder adopts structure of plunger type composite master cylinder , the successful absorption of foreign advanced hydraulic speed control technology to protect the security of the hydraulic system.
1, using the plunger cylinder (German
technology), working pressure error (0.002KG) with constant speed and
stability characteristics powerful hydraulic system to safeguard the
liquidity squeeze metals and rosin stability.
2, the sub-cylinder: a quick oil-filled, reducing load time and quick to add or reduce work pressure, improve efficiency .
Machine Features:
1. The extrusion machine adopts digital control, the digital table and
press button are installed in the control panel, direct operation to
each control table for setting and modifying, to meet the requirements
of process parameters, the operation is simple, intuitive and
convenient.
2. Control loop is DC24V, more secure to people and equipment.
3. Adopt of Japan RKC temperature control meter, more precise control for the production of solder melting, temperature error only±10℃, thus improving the stability of the product quality, at the same time, you can set the time switch in four groups, with preheating function, so that employees can start work as soon as he goes to the factory.
Application
1. VT-250T ~ 350T extrusion machine:
(1) pewter wire (extrusion specifications φ5-φ16mm)
a, solder wire: can be extruded lead 10-99.95% of pewter wire
b, can be extruded single and three rosin core solder wire
(2) Lead free solder wire (extrusion grades φ5-φ16mm)
a, Sn-Cu lead-free solder wire
b, tin-silver lead-free solder wire
c, tin-silver-copper-lead-free solder lead-free solder tin and zinc (Zn-containing not more than 25%)
d, above solder wire can be squeezed into a single and three other rosin core solder wire
(3) with lead-free solder bar (must be configured to cut coder)
2.VT-500T ~ 800T extrusion machine:
(1) Lead-Free Solder (extrusion grades φ5-φ16mm)
a. Sn-Cu lead-free solder wire
b. tin-silver lead-free solder wire
c. SnAgCu lead-free solder tin
d. above solder can be squeezed into a single and three other rosin core solder wire
e. tin-zinc alloy wire (Zn-containing not more than 50%)

Solder Wire Rolling Machine
The rolling machine is mainly used to roll tin solder wire, zinc and aluminum alloy wire, silver wire and other non-ferrous metal wire from larger diameter to smaller diameter in an efficient , labor-saving way. By rolling, the metal wire will also become more compact. This machine is made by our own research and development with the advanced technology, this machine has obtained national patent office issued a patent certificate.
Equipment :
1)Machine structure: the rolling machine is make up of wire take-up shaft, wire adjusting device, rolling device, pay-off device, cooling & lubricating system, drive system and electric control system.
2)Electric control: Controlled by inverter, speed change per different wire diameters.
Advantage (compare with the drawing machine)
1)Low noise
The noise of the traditional drawing machine comes from the shaking wire clash the dies and roller. This is due to the corresponding slide of the wire and roller. The wire will be easily broken if without this kind of slide. So this is an inevitable disadvantage of the drawing machine. While roll machine can well solved this problem and make lower noise.
2)Low Energy consumption
There's four ways of energy consumption for the wire drawing machine:
a) Wire getting smaller and smaller and give heat by distortion;
b) Wire clash the roller and give heat by attrition;
c) Wire pass through the dies and give heat by distortion;
d)Wire pass through the dies and give heat by attrition.
While roll machine have two ways of energy consumption:
a) Wire give heat by rolling distortion (This is not inevitable energy consumption);
b) Wire give heat by rolling attrition. This kind of heat giving should smaller than wire pass through dies as the roll machine was rolling attrition while the wire drawing machine is sliding attrition.
3)High Output
With the above-mentioned advantages, roll machine have a higher output. The relative specs output list as below:

4) Good tactility for the coming drawing
The alloy will get more compact after rolling so it can enhance the tactility. By drawing machine, big size wire pass by roller can be easily being one-side drawn; some can even find side cracks. Roll machine adopt straight line in-put will well solve this problem.
Solder wire Drawing machine(Drawing)
This series belongs to conventional tin
solder wire drawing machine , mainly used for the lead and lead-free
solder and tin alloy wire drawing.
Working Process:
This wire drawing machine is horizontal
structure, driven by a main motor through the chain transmission to the
roller. Tin wire passes across pay-off stand into the drawing room,
stretching through the roller and wire drawing die. Wire drawing of
cooling way is to use spraying and half soaking. And then go through the
speed wheel and traction wheel, and finally go into the receiving
spool. Drawing roller adopts single horizontal alignment.
The wire drawing machine's main frame is combined with welded stainless
steel, roller shaft transmission adopts the double chain driving,
roller surface deals with special treatment to improve the surface
hardness and roughness, mold base uses insert type design, guarantee the
stretch of center distance, reduce break probability, secure cover is
equipped on the top in order to prevent the coolant splash. Cooling
circulation water tank has electric heating function, to ensure the
requirement of drawing , a bolt down device is equipped in wire
entrance.

Automatic wire Winding machine(Winding)
This machine belongs to tin solder wire winder, automatic winding type, mainly used to lead and lead-free solder wire packing after wire drawing machine and pack the wire to spool, finishes the final step of solder wire production.
Structure and working process:
Automatic wire winding machine has the automatic recording meter stop, the line break down, the automatic line up line function. This equipment mainly consists of frame, active device, clamping device, a tension guide wheel group, cable copper wheel group, electric control part and so on. The active device on motor, electromagnetic brake, a thimble and a hand wheel, motor through a triangle belt to transmit power to the spindle, electromagnetic brake for plateful brake and emergency stop. There is a plug and a clamping device for clamping cylinder, quick clamping line panel to realize the function of receiving line.
