TL series turbine oil purifier is an outstanding product approved and acknowledged by State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC). The machine adopts the latest advanced technology and combines the technique of three-dimension vacuum flash distillation, coalescence-separation, absorbing and pressure filtering etc. It has the unique ability of breaking emulsion, dehydration, degassing and removing solid particulates and other impurities from oil. It is an ideal equipment to deal with turbine oil, low viscosity lubricating oil and hydraulic oil online.
Application
TL series turbine oil purifier is widely used in the online purification treatment and maintenance of turbine oil from steam turbine, hydraulic turbine, gas turbine and turbo-generator set in the industries of power generation, metallurgy and chemistry etc. In working practice, the turbine oil, hydraulic oil and low viscosity lubricating oil is very easy to get contaminated and emulsified. The TL series can effectively conduct the demulsifying treatment and remove water, gas, colloid and mechanical impurities in the oil mentioned above. It turns the emulsified oil back to clear and clean status and recovers the properties of the oil so as to ensure the safety of the equipment and normal working of the lubrication system.
To meet customers' special needs, we also developed TL-B semi-automatic turbine oil purifier, TL-Q automatic turbine oil purifier and TL-Ex anti-explosion turbine oil purifier for different requirements and working conditions.
Structure & Features
1.Three-dimension Flash distillation system
Importing the technologies from some famous brands like German HERING, American PALL and Japanese KATO, this system consists of Three-dimension Vacuum Flash Evaporation Chamber, Flash Pall Ring, Semi-circular Sprayer and Flash Evaporation Plate etc. It can deeply remove the water and gas from the oil.
2.Foam Level Detector and Defoamer Device
Adopting high-sensitivity liquid level controlling system, it can control the oil level in the vacuum flash distillation chamber automatically and ensure the oil level to adjust at a proper range by itself,
3.Oil Pumping System
It owns some advantages like steady operation, without damage on gearing surface, without oil barrier, low noise, long usage, high efficiency and free maintenance etc.
4.Filtration System
Precise multi-stage filtration system makes a high precision reinforced stage by stage. The filters adopted have large capacity of containing pollutants and are able to eliminate the mechanical particles in the oil effectively.
5.Heating System
Our electric heating system adopts unique design and process. It has some merits like heating evenly, keeping oil temperature constant, heating quickly, without dead area and very low surface heating load(≤1.5W/2)etc.
6.Electric Controlling System
Electric Controlling System is designed according to IEC standard, whose main electric components are from French SCHNEIDER brand, which stable performance can ensure the equipment work continuously and also makes the operation and safety protection more humanistic.

8.Double Liquid Level Controlling System
High-sensitivity ball float liquid level controlling is able to control the oil level in the vacuum flash distillation chamber automatically.
9.Coalescence Separation System
Adopting American Millipore material, taking coalescence separation technology for dehydration, using the filter element with particular ingredients which is special for turbine oil and separating according to the different dielectric surface tension, it owns a high efficiency and a high capacity of dehydration and the highest handling capacity of water content can reach to 15% while the water content can reach 100ppm in the oil after dehydration. It can also break all the emulsion structure in the oil.
10.Strong Wind Condensation System
By adopting the unique technique-Heat exchanging condensation, the strong wind condensation system can enlarge the area of heat radiation to the utmost by optimizing the design of condenser.
11.Instruments
The instruments adopted include liquid level meter, vacuum meter, platinum resistance, digital temperature controller and electric contact pressure meter. The grade of the instruments is above IP55.
