●Application
It is mainly used for new oil filling and treating unqualified turbine oil, especially for the seriously emulsified turbine oil mixed with water and air due to poor water seal, and also for other
lubricating oil needing dehydrating, removing impurities and demulsifying.
The oil can be demulsified thoroughly and the treated oil is not easy to be emulsified again. The machine not only dehydrates largely but also drains off water without stopping machine, comprehensively improving the poor oil performance.
●Feature
1. This machine breaks emulsification thoroughly adopting high polymer material.
2. It adopts dehydration method of combining dehydration under ordinary pressure and negative pressure, having high-efficiency and removing not only liquid water thoroughly, but also free water and dissolved water.
3. Using Jinrun technique of double-net filtering combined with high polymer absorbing material, the purifier can make the cleanness of treated oil reach Class 6 (NAS1638) or lower.
4. Treated oil meets the standards of The Pollution Control Standards for Steam
Turbine Oil in Operation.
5. Strictly designed according to the standard of DL/T521-2009, the equipment operates safely, automatically and stably. It can be connected to steam turbine, water turbine and other equipments to realize unattended operation and remote control.
6. The product is available for adopting PLC automatic operating system with touching screen dynamic display and can be connected to computer to realize intelligent operation.
