Waste heat boiler of hazardous waste incineration

1. The boiler is a vertical layout, compact in component structure.

2. The waste heat boiler uses membrane water wall structure, with high heat transfer efficiency and good sealing, overcoming the problems in large air leakage, high heat losses, high system consumption, etc.

3. It uses inertial separation principle to realize two-level gas-solid separation in the furnace, solving the low dedusting efficiency, and heavy environment pollution.

4. The boiler membrane-type water-cooling wall employs suspension structure which is good for absorbing boiler expansion and has high operation safety.

5. The surrounding of the membrane water wall adopts fixed rigid beam structure, boiler furnace with anti-deflagration property, and more safety.

6. Equipped with automatic shock wave soot blower of patent technology, to effectively reduce the heat surface pollution caused by fly ash, longer the boiler service life and guarantee the boiler efficiency.

7. It adopts closed spiral ash device in the downside of boiler precipitation bin, which realizes flue gas sealing and automatic de-dusting, to solve low manual cleaning efficiency but high labor intensity.
