The waste heat boiler of this industry is a waste heat boiler that matches the hazardous waste and medical waste incineration equipment; it uses exit flue gas heat of refuse incineration equipment to produce steam of nominal parameters. The waste heat boiler of hazardous wastes and medical wastes developed by our company mainly include water-tube boiler and fire tube boiler. According to the features of refuse disposal technology, the waste heat incineration flue gas. After absorbing advantages of boilers made in China and foreign countries, the patent waste heat boiler adapted to this industry is initiative in China; it is of novel and unique structure, its economic performance is in leading position in China. Its technological features are listed as follows:
1. The boiler employs vertical arrangement with compact conformation for each part and small occupation.
2. The boiler applies membrane-type water wall with high heat conducting efficiency and good sealing performance, which has overcome the defects of traditional boilers: large quantity of air leakage, high heat loss and high energy consumption;
3. The boiler employs inertia separate principle to realize gas solid separation in boiler which has overcome the defects of low efficiency of soot cleaning and heavy environmental pollution, natural soot subsidence of traditional boilers.
4. The boiler membrane-type water-cooling wall employs suspension structure which is good for absorbing boiler expansion and has high operation safety.
5.  Apply stiffening beam fixed structure around the boiler membrane-type water cooling wall to provide boiler furnace with anti-deflagration property and enough margin of safety.
6.  The boiler is equipped with automatic microwave soot blower with proprietary technology which can reduce the pollution of soot to the heating surface of the boiler, thus, prolonging the lifetime of the boiler to uttermost and guaranteeing the boiler efficiency. It has overcome the defects of traditional boilers such as removing soot with vibration or flowing soot with steam, easy to bring damage and abrasion to pressed parts.
7.Employ enclosed soot-removal install in the lower part of the ash hooper to realize side sealing of the flue gas and fully automatic soot-cleaning,which has overcome the defects of low efficiency and high intensity of the labor by using manpower to clean soot for traditional boilers.
