Mud Agitator/Mud mixer

Turbo mud mixed with circular gear is a device of the cementing control system for well drilling. It's used to stir and mix drilling liquid in order to prevent solid granule from sinking in the tank circulation system, thus stabilizing the liquid and making mixed. 

Mud agitator has the following features: 

1. As a dedicated equipment for the standard circulating tank of drilling liquid, it has high transmission efficiency, great transmission power, and strong mixing capability due to the use of circular gear and cylindrical worm for single stage transmission in reducer box, which is provided with blower. 

2. Small in volume and light in weight, the reducer box produces low noise but achieves longer service life. Due to its simple construction reliable performance, and easy maintenance, it is suitable to work in the field under harsh conditions. 

3. In novel design, the upper and lower mixing wheels have great mixing capability, with its vibration spreading to a larger range, but requiring a reduced start-up torque. 

4. The worm and worm gear, and the bearing are lubricated by spray in oil tank; The bearing at the output end of the shaft is lubricated with grease; The lubrication tank for the worm, worm gear, and bearing is separate from the bearing at the output shaft, thus avoiding leakage at the output shaft due to worn-out seal. 

5. Motor is placed on level, so it's easy to install, adjust, and replace.
