The main machine adopted a linkage speed governor with a frequency converter.It can automatically adjust speed in order to stabilize the machine in producing and save electricity according to the boxes of different specifications.
The wind pump sucker feeds the paper stably and reliably which can reduce the situation of feeding double paper
Applied intellectual hot melt-gluing system to inject gel water with accuracy,resulting in lower gel consumption and firm and flat sticking.
Servo motorpushes the paperboard for gluing,which can reduce difference because of photoelectric cells'tracking,resulting in accurate gluing.
The former adopted a device with parallel dual crank linkage rod and an air cylinder to fold the angles,resulting in flat paper boxes without scratches left.
PLC programmable controller,Man-machine touch screen displayer and photoelectric cells can form the paper boxes in one time and automatically produce.
Automalfunction detector,the troubles are vividly displayed on the screen,so they are easily remedied.
