The paper box former was researched with success independently by us.It is mainly used to produce small-sized stick to paper boxes.It is widely used in the industries like handcrafts,electronics,electric appliances,hardware and standard components etc. It is a perfect combination of PLC programmable comtroller,Man-machine touch screen displayer,photoelectric cells,main machine assembled with a linkage speed governor with a frequency converter and servo motor paper feeder,a feeder with a wind pump sucker and intellectual hot melt gluing system.It can automatically feed paper,glue the paper boxes ,glue the paper and form the paper boxes in one time. A machine can synchronously produce two boxes which can reduce the cost and improve the effective.It is an ideal equipment for the paper box manufavturers.

2. The main machine adopted alinkage speed governor with a frequency converter.it can automatically adjust speed in order to stabilize the machine in producing and save electricity according  to the boxes of differren specifications

3. The wind pump sucker feeds the paper stably and reliably.

4. Applied intellectual hot melt gluing system to inject gel water with accuracy,resulting in lower gel consumption and firm and flat sticking.

5. Servo motor pushes the paperboard for gluing which can reduce difference difference because of photoelectric cells tracking,resulting in accurate gluing.

6. The former adopted a device with parallel dual crank linkage rod and an air cylinder to fold the angles,resulting in flat paper boxes without scratches left.

7. PLC programmable controller,man-machine touch screen displayer and photoelectric cells can form the paper boxes in one time and automatically produce.

8. Auto malfunction detector ,the troubles are cicidly displayed on the screen,so they are easily remedied.

9. Smaller converage of land,sound stability.
