Box -type feeder machine

Box-type Feeder is the materials feeder equipment for brick and tile workshop, which is to control feeding quantity by adjusting height of gate and speed of conveyor belt. It's available to crush soft material in big size, and loose powdery, grainy or small bulk materials, the max. materials temperature is 200℃. 

Driver device is in small size, even feeding, no spillage and leakage; conveying trough is in good rigidity which can bear the pressure of feed bin with good anti thermal deformation. It's widely used in chemical industry, building materials, electric power, mine, metallurgy  industry etc. 

GD box-type feeder is available to loose, dry and small viscous materials. 

Features: 

1. Small size and light in weight, simple and reasonable structure, easy to install and maintain with low running cost; 

2. Vibrator feeder applies the resonance theory of mechanical vibration theory, double-body is working in the mode of lower critical near-resonant, so power consumption is lower; 

3. The material flow can be changed , open-closed instantaneously, feeding quantity has higher precision. 

4. The control equipment of this series vibrator feeder adopts SCR(thyristor) half wave rectifier circuit, so the feeding quantity is available to adjusted by adjusting the open angel of SCR during running the machine, and to achieve centralized control and automatic control of production flow; 

5. Materials are continuously threw in feeding trough during feeding materials, and do jumper motion forwarder along with the trace of parabola, so the abrasion of feeding trough.
