4. This mixer is easy for cleaning mixing chamber and recharging materials of color, cooling and heating system is fine, the mixing chamber adopt close construction, so working environment is very good. For seal designing, we get excellent result in sealing and everlasting.
5. Mixing chamber with jacket cooling, the inner wall coated with hard chrome to reduce wear and rotor both ends of the bearing support, The rotor is elliptical type, the whole cast, the convex edge welding carbide side edge plating mixing part is plated with hard chromium, flip discharge institutions arc turbine and worm gear, high carrying capacity, long life.
6. Speed reducer using standard hard-tooth speed reducer, high carrying capacity, ease of maintenance; speed ratio gears with alloy steel nitriding processing. PLC is imported from Japan.
