DÃO WINE
TheDão region is located in the north of central Portugal, it is amontainous region and most of the vineyards are located at a hightaltitude, predominantly in granite soils.
TYPES OF WINE
RED DÃO WINE- bottle of 750 ml
Excelent wine as a before or dinner drink.
Red Dão wine has a ruby colour and is a complex and delicated wine with a velvety flavour.
Meat, game meat, some types of fish, cheeses, ham are good paring with this red wine.
The ideal temperature to serve: 16-18°.
Castes: Bastardo, Baga, Tinta Roriz.
WHITE DÃO WINE- bottle of 750 ml
Yellow-citrine in colour, very fresh, delicate and aromatic wine.
Is best served cool, 10-12°, with white meats, fish, a variety of seafood and pork. It is also great to drink alone.
Castes: Malvasia Fina, Bical, Cervial.
