TYPES OF WINE
RED ALENTEJO WINE- bottle of 750 ml
Excelent wine as a before or dinner drink.
This refreshing wine offers a long and unique flavour of blackberries compotes with a spicy touch.
Meat, game meat, some types of fish, cheeses, ham are good paring with this red wine.
The ideal temperature to serve: 16-18°.
Castes: Aragonez, Trincadeira Castelão.
WHITE ALENTEJO WINE- bottle of 750 ml
A forceful and fresh wine, bringing to the mind minerals and citrus notes.
Is evident the presence of the Terroir.
Is best served cool, 10-12°, with white meats, fish, a variety of seafood and pork. It is also great to drink alone.
Castes: Antão Vaz, Arinto, Verdelho.
