Product description and features:
The poultry spiral chiller is applied to cool the chicken carcass within 45min. After the chilling process the carcass of the chicken is cooled and the temperature of it drops down to 6°C.
After the evisceration process and feet cutting, the chicken carcass is droping down on the chiller for washing and further processing. The first step is washing and disinfection; the second step is chilling of the body carcass.
The product is supplied with air blowers and dial thermometres.
Chilling machine is made of stainless steel (except air blowers, air pipe and gear motor).
The machine doesn't cool water by itself, so the customer needs to purchase ice maker machine. We can supply high quality ice making machine for our clients as well.
The water cooling spiral chiller machine works with high efficiency; it is stable, easy operating and cleaning.
