Poultry Processing Equipment Portioning Section



This portioning system produced by our company is semi-automatic system. According to customers' needs, we develop the following cut-up system:


1. Manual portioning of overhead transport line and belt conveyor combined cut-up system:

After the pre-cooling, chicken carcass is carried to the overhead conveyor line. After water dropping for a period of time chicken are put into the manual cut-up area. Workers will operate following  the separation order: pairs of legs, wings, chest and chicken body. Operators put product on the belt conveyor which is under the transportation line and then they are carried to the finishing area after completing. Workers stand beside both sides of the belt conveyor. Finally, The chicken body is processed only with neck and chicken skeleton.

2) Portioning belt conveyor

    This machine is mainly composed by rack, both sides of the table, gear, belt tensioning device, belt drive.The length of conveyor depends on the production process by the customers' actual needs

2. Cone conveyor system

   Workers separate the chests and wings from the chicken skeleton through inserting chicken upper body to the cone. Finally, the skeleton is transported to the end of the conveyor and automatically separated by fixed guide rod. The cone without chicken skeleton will run to the starting point of the conveyor and be used again. Thus this is a complete portioning process. The length of this conveyor depends on the customers' actual production needs.This device can be made into a single row of cones, also double cones can be made.
