1. PVC pipe extrusion line is mainly used to make PVC ,UPVC ,C-PVC and M-PVC pipefor water supply , drainage ,electric pipe and so on . This line is composed by conical twin screw extruder , pipe mould , vacuum calibrator , cooling tank , haul off machine , cutter , stacker , belling machine and so on .It can produce PVC pipe from 16-630mm in different thickness by changing the type of machine and mould .
2. Single screw extrusion line is mainly used for producing special usages pipe such as PE gas supplying ,PE water drainage and supplying .PPR,PE-RT,PP,PU,PC and ABS. The line is composed by single screw extruder ,vacuum calibrator , coolin tank , haul off machine , cutter and stacker .It can produce different thickness of pipe from 8-800mm by changing different type of machine and mold .
