Usage:
1. Knife Sharpening
To begin with, place the knife sharpener plainly, keeping the kinfe 90° to the sharpener.
Moderate sharpening angle and moderate pressure, pulling back will lead to the best sharpening effect.
Reapeat this action for 4-5 times.
2. Cleaning
After grinding, clean knife with a damp cloth or water and then dry it. Clean diamond surface with a soft brush, keeping the diamond surface clean.
Caution:
Never sharpen the scissors and serrated blades.
Never sharpen back and forth.
Sharpening with moderate preesure to avoid damaging the sharpener.
To avoid any accidents, the sharpener should be away from children.
