FeCrAl 0Cr25Al5 Heating Wire is a high-temperature ferritic iron-chromium-aluminium alloy (FeCrAl alloy) wire which is recommended for element temperatures up to 1250°C. It is especially recommended where excellent oxidation and life properties in combination with good form stability properties are required. 0Cr25Al5 is used in electrical heating elements in industrial furnaces and in the appliance industry.

Manufacture Process
The manufacture started with producing ingot by advanced vacuum melting process. The wire production includes forging, rolling, annealing and drawing. From the ingot to the final thin wire, manufacture process is operated with high standard quality control system. There will be quality test for each batch of product, such as test to diameter tolerance, content, hardness, etc.
