1Cr13Al4 Resistance Heating Alloy Wire
Heanjia Super-metals Co., Ltd. supplies 1Cr13Al4 Resistance Heating Alloy Wire. 1Cr13Al4 Resistance Heating Alloy Wire is a ferritic iron-chromium-aluminium alloy (FeCrAl alloy) Wire which has been developed for low temperature applications. It is suited for use in appliances and can replace all low temperature materials in such applications. Maximum operating temperature in continuous operation is 950°C.

Manufacture Process
The manufacture started with producing ingot by advanced vacuum melting process. The wire production includes forging, rolling, annealing and drawing. From the ingot to the final thin wire, manufacture process is operated with high standard quality control system. There will be quality test for each batch of product, such as test to diameter tolerance, content, hardness, etc.
Packing Process & Transportation
