The plastic spiral corrugated pipe is the ideal substitute of the iron cast pipe and rubber pipe for its good merits of high-strength,high tenacity corrosionproof, light weight,long life-span and so on. It is widely used for agricrulture irrigation,protection of optical fibre cable and electric cable,ventilating and exhausting field.

1. Single screw extruder especially used for PE material possess effective plasticizing effect and high extrusion speed.
2. Special designed die head for pipe
3. Optimum spiral copper sizing sleeve, its entrance carrying pre-cooling and powerful vacuum device to suit for high speed extruding pipe.
4. There is cooper pre-cooling calibrating sleeve equipped at the entrance, suitable to high speed extrusion of pipes
5. Stainless steel cooling water trough is three-dimensional regulation, longitudinal move by motor. High efficient cooling comes from peculiar spraying nozzle and high efficiency water pump.
