Product Description
PE carbon spiral pipe production line is mainly used for underground water drainage system.
As a new type of holed mateial, prestressed single wall corrugated pipe has many advantages compared with metallic corrugated pipe. PE Carbon spiral pipe production line is acid resistant, alkali resistant, it has good sealing property, there is no seepage for water or page, its rigidity is rather high. Its frictional coefficient is small. It is ageing proof, electric erosion proof, it has good soft flexibility. It can not be easily broken by a diging bar. It is convenient for connection in construction.

1. The single screw extruder, featured by good plasticization rate and high extrusion speed, is especially designed for the extrusion of PE material.
2. The specially detached type compounding screw and die head with spiral structure & reasonable channel.
3. Unique calibration and cooling mode is capable of producing pipe with diameter from φ50 to φ200mm, production speed is up to 0.4~1.5m/min.
4. With co-extrusion technology, multi-layers spiral fiber-strengthened pipe can be extruded. Recycled materials can be used in the production.
5. Optimum spiral copper sizing sleeve, its entrance is equipped with pre -cooling and powerful vacuum device.
Stainless steel cooling tank is three-dimensionally adjustable, longitudinal moved by motor.
6. Highly efficient cooling comes from peculiar spraying nozzle and high-efficiency water pump.
