VSI series crushers are widely used in metal and nonmetal mine, concrete, fireproof material, abrasive filler, frit, construction aggregate, sand, metallurgy and so on. VSI series crushers are applied to medium-fine crush all of the ore and rock such as iron ore, nonferrous metal, emery, bauxite, granite and so on.

1. Optimized deep-cavity rotor improve the material throughput by about 30%
2. Part-worn around protecting plate can be reversed end for end to use again which improve the operating factor by more than 48%.
3. Assembled hammer reduces the cost by more than 30%. In addition, adding the assistant hammer which protects the frame when the main hammer is worn.
4. The core wear resistant material adopts the American high-standard wear resistant material.
5. Adopting the lozenge impact plate protects the frame better.
6. Adopt international famous brand bearing from Japan, Sweden, America and so on.
7. Advanced shoot opening and fluent inner curve reduce the flowing resistance which improve the throughput by large extent.
