Our products are applied for various high and low voltage electric appliances, vacuum
appliances, mining explosion-proof switches and related products of automobile
to be used for flexible connectors.
Adopting stranded copper wire, braided copper wire to be conductor, its two terminals
are made of copper pipe, of which the surface is silver or tin plated, and
the connector size is produced in the light of customer provided size, then passing
special processing and made to be flexible connectors with flexible grounding.
Its conductive ratio is high and anti-fatigue ability is strong.
flexible round stranded copper cable is used as flexible connector in electrictransmission and distribution appliance (such as volt transformer, electric stove),electronic equipment and thyristor. It also can be used for grounding wire in electricworking. Also, it can be manufactured according to customer`s drawings anddemands.Technique performance:1) The flexible round stranded copper cable is made of super-quality round copperwire or tinning round copper wire, this product has passed tenacity processing,so the complete product is flexible and its outline is beautiful2) The DC electrical resistance (20°C) of braided copper wire is lowerthan 0.0182ω.mm2/m. The DC electrical resistant (20°C)of tinning braided copper wire is lower than 0.0193ω.mm2/m3) The technique standard of this product conforms to JB/T 6313.2-1992
