It's quite safe and reliable for the chuck to clampworkpiece, which will result in an permanent magnetic clamping. Time needed for "ON" or "OFF" is less than one second, which will ensurelittle electric pulse power consumption and no heat deformation of the chuck. It has no sliding parts as ordinary permanent magnetic chuck,which results in a stable, firm and high-precision structure. Using electric pulse to "ON" or "OFF" magnetic force will be easy for automatic control.
