Double beam door crane

 Electric double beam door crane is used together with CD1 and MD1 electric hoist & trolley as a complete set, designed by more reasonable structure and higher strength steel as a whole.  It is composed of beam, crane travelling mechanism, trolley, electric equipment. Beam applies box-type welding structure; crane travelling mechanism adopts separate drive. All mechanism is operated in the operation cabin, crane power supply is divided into cable and sliding wire, choose one when place the order.

This product is widely used in open warehouses, material stocks area, railway station to lifting and loading unloading goods. It also can be used together with other lifting appliance for special purpose.

 Here are some types of double beam gantry crane as follows:
   * 10-32/5T Double beam Gantry Crane;
   * 50/10T Double beam Gantry Crane;
   * 75/20T Double beam Gantry Crane;
   * 100/20T Double beam Gantry Crane;

  a) A5: used in places of medium service, such as machine and assembly shops

  b) A6: used in places of frequent working such as metallurgy and casting shops

Power Source: 3ph, 380V, 50HZ or other under customer requirement.

The crane girder is of welded girder construction. This result in lower dead weight with a high degree of vertical and horizontal rigidity and small wheel loads being transmitted to the crane runway!

 Environment:

1. Power source is three-phase alternating current, rated frequency is 50Hz, rated Voltage is 380V.

2. The altitude height of site is ought to be less than 2000M.

3. Flammable, explosive and corrosive gas is forbidden in the work environment.

4. The crane is forbidden to lift fuse and blend deleterious article and flammable explosive article.

 Safety features:

1. Overload protection: If the material is over the capacity, the crane will give a sharp warning for protection itself.

2. Emergency brake: If the operation staff encounter some emergency situation, we could start the emergency brake system to protection the related treasure.

3. Control Method: Room control or remote control to avoid any injure to the operation staff
