Product Description
1. In our company, we manufacture Rail motoerized transfer cart, transfer trolley. We produce KPD, KPX, KPJ ,KPT, KPC, KP series according to the different power suppply mode.
2. KPX series products are equiped with storaged battery that provides the power for the DC motor and then the motor drives the flat car moving on the railway beteen the workshops and warehouse. The storaged battery needs to be charged 8-10 hours and it can constantly works for 45 hours. It has no need of the insulated requirement to the railways and the whole operation process is quite safe and easy.
3.Comparison to AC motor. DC motor has the following advantages: lager start torque and overload ratio,
no insulated requirement and more safer, erection convenient and low cost, no limited running distance. It is widely applied for heavy manufacturing industry as well as other industries.
