[Brewing Method]
Tea set: Use clean and transparent glass tureen, china tureen or china teapot.
Water being used: Spring water or distilled water.
Warm up the pot and cups: First warm up the cover bowl (pot), pitcher and cups to a certain temperature, which will be good for releasing the tea fragrance as well as killing bacteria and dispersing strange odor of the tea wares.
Preparation: Seethe the water first, naturally lower the temperature to 80℃(about ten seconds), then brew the tea. The fresh green tea shall not be brewed with high-temperature.
Brewing: Put tea leaves into glassy cover bowl (pot), infuse boiled water which has cooled down. The water shall be infused to 80-90% full of the bowl or pot. At this time, drinker can observe tea leaves unfolding. After 25-30 sec or so, open the cover, drinker can observe that soup color is light green which is drinkable (Buds of green tea are relatively tender, so no need to be steeped warmly).
