Invar 36
wire mesh/screen is known as Alloy 36 wire mesh which is a 36% nickel-iron alloy mesh possessing a rate of thermal expansion approximately one-tenth that of carbon steel at temperatures up to 400ºF(204ºC)

Alloy
36 wire mesh/screen has near zero coefficient of thermal expansion at room temperature and till 100°C. It is used in instrumentation and in thermostats. It is also used as bimetallic strip in cryogenic engineering and laser components.
