STEEL COIL COATING LINE
The SCL1250 steel color coating production line uses galvanized panel as a based panel, after the treatment of surface defatting, then it is coated with the organic paint, roasted, at last made the product---color steel panel. It is a composite material with the advantages of the steel panel and organic material. It has the capability of mechanism intension and easily molded like steel panel with the capability of good decoration and corrosion resistance like organic material. It is widely used in construction fields of tile panel, sandwich panel, decoration panel and some home electrical equipments' panel. The color of the steel panel produced by this line has the advantages of good decoration, fresh colors, good capability of molding, being able to be pressed discretionarily, good weather resistance, green product, strong ultraviolet radiation resisting, keeping the original color, and 25 years of using life.
