If there is any metal (over 5mm) entering the fiber carding machine, it will give warning alarm immediately, stop the machine and spill the metal out from conveyer belt to avoid damaging the steel gear of the machine. The machine has the advantages of small volume, high quality, long longevity and low maintenance rate. The output is more than 50% of similar products, and it can automatically put cotton into machine to guarantee the safety of the operators.
