HY1002 Small Scale Carding Machine is part of the mini spinning system. It's mainly used in university, researching center etc. It is used to disentangle, clean and intermix fibers to produce a continuous web or sliver suitable for subsequent processing. By passing the fibers between differentially moving rollers covered with card clothing, it breaks up locks and unorganized clumps of fiber and then aligns the individual fibers to be parallel with each other.
