Vertical shaft impact crusher(sand making machine) is a kind of mining machine used for artificial sand making. According to specific circumstances, our vertical shaft impact crusher(sand making machine) can be impact crusher or cone crusher.
Our vertical shaft impact crusher(sand making machine) is widely used for fine crushing and coarse grinding metal, non-metal mineral, concrete, fireproofing materials, grinding materials, glass raw materials, architectural aggregate, metallurgical residue, etc. It is superior to other crushers in crushing medium hard, ultra hard and abrasive materials, such as silicon carbide, corundum, sintered bauxite, magnesia, etc.
Since the vertical shaft impact crusher(sand making machine) has good abrasive resistance, it can be used to crush high abrasive materials, and is also suitable for secondary crushing.
Our vertical shaft impact crusher(sand making machine) produces no pollution to products, so it is also applied for producing glass, quartz sand and other materials requiring high purity. Furthermore, 10-500t/h productivity can meet any demands.
Features of Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher(Sand Making Machine):
1. Our Vertical shaft impact crusher(sand making machine) has the features of a simple structure, small abrasion, high crushing efficiency, low operating cost, and is energy saving.
2. This crushing machine has the functions of fine crushing and coarse grinding. Moisture content (not more than 8%) of materials has little effect on the crushing.
3. The noise of this crushing machine is lower than 75 db (db level). It produces less dust.
4. It is suitable for crushing medium and ultra hard materials.
5. Finished products are cubic.
6. Large stacking density, minimum iron pollution.
Working Principle:
Materials enter into crusher through feed hopper, and are divided into two parts by distributor. One portion of materials is accelerated in the impeller which rotates at high speed. The accelerated speed can reach up to several hundred times of acceleration of gravity. Then the materials are thrown out from the three runners (which are uniformly distributed in the impeller) at a speed of 60-70 m/s, and impact with another portion of materials. The two portions of materials, which are united together, strike to the material lining inside the vortex chamber, and are rebounded to the top of the vortex, and then fall down. This pattern repeats for many times. At last, the crushed materials are discharged from the discharge opening.
During the whole crushing process, the materials compact and crush with each other, and they have no direct contact with metal elements. This can help reduce pollution and prolong the service life of the crushing machine.
