VSI vertical shaft impact sand making machine is also named vertical shaft impact crusher. Sanway VSI vertical shaft impact crusher is a new type sand making machine with compact structure, stable performance and low cost.
Principle feature:

2. Two devices "stone crusher stone and stone crusher iron" can shift easily. It integrates multi-function of sand making, shaping and crushing. "stone crush stone" technology reduces wear and tear of parts as well as production cost.
3. Low energy consumption, high yield, high crushing rate, environmental protection.
4. Integrated function, cubic shape final product, big bulk density.
5. Protection bottom layer makes the body non-wear and durable during the producing process.
6. Some wear parts are made of extra hard and wear-resistance materials. They have small bulk and light weight and are easy to be changed.
7. The machine adopts automatic air-circulation system to remove dust.
8. The moisture rate can be 8%, so it is less affected by water.
9. It is equipped with oil lubrication system. And the interlock device in the oil tank can realize automatic control and accident alarming.
10. The top cover is raised by hydraulic system. So it is easy to operate.
