New Star Group is located in Jiangbei District, ChongQing, China. It is a professional products of beach vehicle.
New Star Group specializes in R&D and production of ATV serial with 176 employees, including 16 managerial staff, 11 technicians & professionals, 1900m2 workshops and 1500m2 logistics zone. The company is equipped with one ten thousand automobile assembly line, one automatic control & inspection line, one packing line and other inspection and auxiliary facility, which stand in leading position in China. The company owns 9 million assets with fixed assets of 3 million RMB and 6 million current assets. Since the time that the company was established in May of 2004, the company has manufactured nearly 2000 ATVs in various varieties.
Currently, our annual production capacity reaches 60 thousand, and the max 6 thousand monthly output is available. At present, the staff insist on 'beyond ourselves' enterprise spirit, 'get victory by quality, create name brand' strategical purpose and 'diversified products, serialation are the life of our enterprise' business idea to keep improving.
We has achieved CY70-CY110C chain transmission, built-in reverse serial; CY100--CY150LDW chain transmission, built-out reverse gear, stepless speed regulation serials; CY90--CY110Z shaft drive, built-in reverse gear serial, CY50 children's ATV, CY200, CY250 and above big-displacement serial, ect nearly 20 varieties. Meanwhile, we have completed making and assessment of enterprise technical standard on ATV complied with ISO9001.
ATV is developed recently, and it mainly used for tourism, farm, Golf, ect leisure with good market prospect. Our main overseas market: US, Australia, South Africa and Mexico. We have built good cooperative relation with 10-odd foreign trade companies of Chongqing, Guangdong, Shenzhen, Zhejiang and Shanghai. Meanwhile, we possess self-managed export right and achieve 'CYCL' registration.
