Yangzhou Genesis Microelectronics Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Japanese joint-venture specializing in the manufacture of semiconductor discrete devices, which has more than 300 employees and a total investment of USD200,000,000, and premises covering an area of 110,000 square meters.
With more than 30 years' experience as a semiconductor manufacturer and 6 years' cooperation with International Electronic Trading Co., Ltd. (Japan), we are now one of the largest production bases of semiconductor discrete devices in China.
With the support of two production lines imported from Japan and the USA, we have the capacity to produce 360,000 pieces from the 4-inch wafer line and 600,000 pieces from the 5-inch wafer line. We also have another production line, manufacturing 6-inch wafers, currently under construction. We offer a series of high-frequency and small-signal transistor chips, switching diode chips, Schottky chips, power Darlingtons, high-voltage switching transistors and other such products.
