Established in 1994, Ningbo Peiyuan Automobile Parts Manufacture Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer and exporter specializing in steel parts for cars and motorcycles, as well as power tools. We have solidified our position as an industry leader as a result of our constant innovation and development of new products and technology.
Our main products include shock absorber parts, nonstandard high tension parts, punching pieces, and power tools. Moreover, we manufacture custom parts according to clients' specifications and drawings.
Currently, we own assets totaling USD2,750,000 and our workshop covers an area of 15,000 square meters. We employ a staff of 300 including, five engineers, and ten technicians. We such advanced production equipment as six CNC machines, a heat treatment instrument, eleven 10T-160T punching machines, sixteen 1040-11100 grinding machines, among other tools. Our testing equipment includes a tensile-testing machine, flaw detector, material analyzer, salt spray test instrument, and a hardometer.
In 2000, we were certified for the QS9000 quality system and a year later received our export license. Our key markets include the USA, Europe, and Russia. In 2003, our production value was approximately USD7,280,000.
