Every piece of hair is checked by a member of staff before being posted to our customers. We regularly check our hair by bleaching, dyeing and washing samples in order to ensure that it is always of the highest quality, that's why we say with confidence when making the Maoyuan promise, our hair will not shed, matt or knot. It can be taken out and reused over and over again without the quality or texture being sacrificed in any way. We have Returns and Exchanges Policy for customers, and it will only be accepted if they are requested within one week of receiving the items.
