Ningbo Jiangdong Kabat Machinery Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing, trading, and exporting machinery industrial parts from China for 10 years. We specialize in bearings, power transmission parts and farm replacements parts. We supply quality parts and service for customers around the world, including America, Europe, South Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia
Firstly, in our system, we have built following Joint-Venture factories:
1) Xinchang Minghao Machinery Co., Ltd, producing Clutch Release Bearing,
Timing and Tension bearing, steering bearing, Wheel Hub etc.
2) Shangyu Huaxing Bearing Co., Ltd, producing Wheel Bearing, Water Pump
Bearing, Air compressor Bearing etc.
3) Xinchang Yuwang Auto Bearing Co., Ltd, producing Taper Roller Bearings.
4) Hangzhou Zhonghui Chain Co., Ltd , producing roller chains.
5) Shaoxing Shengxin Sprocket Co., Ltd, producing sprocket, pulley, sleeves
and farm replacement parts.
All above factories have got ISO 9002 and QS 9000 certificates with advanced and professional equipment.
Secondly, we are also a trader of the following products
1) All kinds of other bearings which our factories never produce. We have
built very good relationships with all bearing manufacturers in China. We
take some bearings from them and inspect them in our factory and export
them to our customers.
2) Other power transmission parts, like belts
3) Farm replacement parts: John Deere Disc, Hipper, Planter, Grain Drill,
Cultivators Case IH Disc, Cultivators, Planters Do-all Parts for other
brand like Kinze
4) Machinery parts:
a) Casting: sand ( all alloys), investment ( all alloys), die casting
(aluminum ,Zinc)
b) forging ( all alloys) & Metal forming: stamping, fabrication, laser
cutting, roll forming, cold heading
c) Machining: milling, turning, CNC producing center, screw machines,
grinding
4) Rubber Parts: molded rubber, rubber hoses, gaskets, oil seals, O-rings
5) plastic parts: Injection, extruded
