Zhongyin (Ningbo) Battery Co., Ltd. is a joint venture formed by Gold Peak Industries (Holding) Ltd. and Ningbo Sonluk Battery Co., Ltd. Currently we are the vice director and a standing member of China Battery Industry Association. Our key subsidiaries include Ningbo Engineering and Technology Development Center of Chemical Power Sources, Ningbo Battery & Electrical Appliance Import & Export Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Pairdeer Trading Co., Ltd. With registered capital of USD15 million, our total investment amounts to USD28 million.
We are a leading primary mercury and cadmium free alkaline battery and carbon-zinc battery manufacturer in China, with Sonluk, Pairdeer and Goldenbee as our registered brands. Occupying a factory area of 56,000 square meters, we have 27 assembly lines for the manufacture of alkaline batteries and carbon-zinc batteries, among which seven lines of LR20, LR14, LR6, LR03 and LR1 batteries were introduced from Japan, Denmark and South Korea.
