Fengfeng New Oriental Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. was founded by Ge Changchun who is an Academicians of Chinese Academy of Science and a professor of Universityof Science and Technology Beijing. University of Science and Technology Beijing has built a special ceramic research and development base in our company. Our company covers an area of10000 square meters, 4500 square meters of factory buildings, 3000 square meters of green space,with a good production office environment. We also have more than 50 sets of productionequipment which are equipped with sound detection equipment.
New Oriental Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. has been engaged in research and development and manufacturing of advanced ceramic materials such as silicon carbide, silicon nitride, etc. Currently, we mainly produce Pressureless Sintered Silicon Carbide (SSiC) products. In 2007 and 2008, our products passed the inspection of National Non-mental Products Quality Supervising Test Center and werein line with the national machinery industry standards. In 2011, we passed the IS09001; in 2008, we achieved the quality control system certifi cate and won the title of Hebei Province BrandName. Our SSiC products are high-performance special ceramic materials with excellent features,including high strength and hardness, high-temperature resistance, better corrosion resistance and abrasive resistance, and outstanding thermal shock stability. Our products are widely used in military field, aerospace, aviation, power electronic, machinery industry, petrochemical and many other industrial fields. In particular, the ceramic material made of this method has fine grain size and no free silicon, and has various features such as high strength and hardness, high-temperature resistance, better corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. At present, this material is a common material for manufacturing of bulletproof sheets in the developed countries. Since this bulletproof panel made of SSiC has high hardness, low weight and good elasticity features, and can be widely used in a variety of bulletproof vehicles, armored vehicles and ships.
